Copy and Paste Signature Spammers

Forum spammers are not the brightest bunch in the realms of the Internet pond life, but they seem to be reaching new lows in stupidity.
It used to be that the copy 'n' paste spammers managed to take a post from a different forum and paste it in as a new thread. That is obviously proving too difficult for the latest influx of "out-sourced" link building spammers.

Taken from Webmaster Talk this very morning:

Post #1
Tables and a Browser's Habit of Black-Backgrounding
Quoted text ::
as the title suggests, I've had a terrible time with my basic table codings turning black in Opera and Chrome. I'm about to start coding a website for my art, but since Chrome is going to be my main browser, I'd like my website to co-exist with it happily. Is there a knack or a trick to getting that to poof?
I also use CSS, but I'm a little more then sure this is an HTML problem, but I can't be 100% accurate.

If anyone can help, it'd be most appreciative~

Hmm? Ok, that's a difficult one, is post #2 a genuine poster with the same question? or is it just some "outsourced" numpty with just enough grasp on the English language to spell their forum name.

What do you think boys and girls?
